Since launching in January 2026, The Lonely Hearts Club has published personal ads from romantics, rogues, artists, dreamers, hopefuls, and the occasionally mysterious stranger.

Every month, our newspaper fills with people searching for connection the old-fashioned way: a few lines of wit, honesty, curiosity, and intrigue.

Now, for the first time, we’ve gathered every personal ad we published in 2026 into one little A6 booklet.

• You can respond to an ad at any time: this week, next month, or long after 2026 has faded into the archives.

• Responses are by letter only, in true Lonely Hearts tradition.

• Write your letter, reference the ad you’re responding to, send it to us, and we’ll forward it unopened directly to the original advertiser.

• Anyone, anywhere in the world can reply.

• Made from 100% genuine de-inked post-consumer waste and FSC® certified.

• Produced at an industry-leading mill to strict ISO 14001 environmental management standards, the paper is processed chlorine free (PCF), significantly reducing water contamination during processing.

• Sustainability matters to us. We’ll only print the number of booklets that are pre-ordered, helping us avoid unnecessary overproduction and waste.

• We plan to dispatch all booklets during the first week of December 2026.

• We’ll do everything we can to get your booklet to you in time for Christmas, but we can’t guarantee Christmas delivery. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are in the hands of the postal service.

Returns & refunds

We’re a fully independent, small publisher and want you to be happy with your order.

If you change your mind and would like to cancel your pre-order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your booklet and we’ll arrange a refund.

If your booklet has already been dispatched, please contact us about a return and we’ll provide the appropriate instructions. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

If your booklet arrives damaged, faulty, or is not as described, please contact us and we’ll arrange an appropriate remedy, including covering reasonable return postage where applicable.
